Catherine M. from California hit a progressive jackpot at Go Casino yesterday, winning a prize of nearly one million dollars. It only cost her $7.50 for the spin.

The jackpot was won on Red, White and Win – a three reel slot with a patriotic American theme. The slot is one of many progressive jackpot games offered by Go Casino. Others include Island Stud Poker, Progressive Blackjack, and several kinds of Progressive Slots.

The actual jackpot came out to $990,529.74, a number which definitely put a smile on Catherine’s face. Normally employed as a bookkeeper, Catherine was recently laid off. She plans to use the money to buy a house for herself and her elderly mother.

She also plans to keep playing at Go Casino, where she has been an active player for several years. “I just put in $900,” she said in a recent interview.

This isn’t the first big jackpot that Go Casino has paid out in 2010.
