In a cringe worth mix-up, the wrong Miss Universe was crowned by host Steve Harvey during the competition finale.
Gambling news is flooded with videos of the awkward beauty pageant finale, in which the wrong Miss Universe was crowned for three minutes before Harvey realized his mistake and revealed the rightful winner.
Harvey named Miss Colombia, Ariadna Gutierrez, as the winner after he misread the results card. When he noticed he’d said the wrong name, he quickly corrected himself, saying that Miss Philippines, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, was the true Miss Universe 2015.
Those who bet on Miss Universe are no doubt furious over Harvey’s monumental mistake. At least the Miss Colombia bettors are, as they won’t be receiving a payout even if their choice was named. However, the Miss Universe blunder is good news for people who put money on Miss Philippines.
Like most competitions, many online gambling sites offer betting lines for Miss Universe, with one of the most popular being Paddy Power. After Harvey’s embarrassing misreading, we’re betting that ‘announcing the wrong name’ will be an option on the site for Miss Universe 2016!

It has been officially announced at online gambling news that Pep Guardiola will leave FC Bayern Munich at the end of this season and Carlo Ancelotti will take over his place. This piece of information has given source to many of the latest transfer rumours, such as Lewandowski might be leaving FC Bayern. However, the team is said to already have found his replacement. Let’s check out the latest football transfer news now!
Goal reported that Carlo Ancelotti has been officially named as the replacement for Pep Guardiola, with whom Bayern Munich has dominated German football ever since his arrival in 2013. He won several cups including 2 Bundesliga titles, one German Cup, the UEFA Super Cup and the Fifa Club World Cup trophy.
However, his contract with the Bavarian side is coming to an end as soon as this season finishes. Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Bayern Munich’s Chief Executive Officer, has announced that Guardiola’s contract will not be renewed and will be replaced by the Italian manager, starting from next season.
Rummenigge did not fail to praise both managers as his team can proud to be working together with the best managers in the world. He highlighted the successful years that Guardiola has been achieving in Bayern, and have praised the amazing experience that Ancelotti has as a manager.
Meanwhile, Daily Mail reports that Carlo Ancelotti has already started planning his new project at the helm of Bayern Munich. According to gambling news in Germany, the Italian wants to give key responsibilities to Robert Lewandowski, Bayern Munich’s 27-year-old striker.
The Polish forward however, has been linked to Real Madrid on several occasions ever since the season has started. Cristiano Ronaldo is going to leave Real Madrid at the end of the season according to the latest transfer rumours, and Florentino Pérez wants to replace him with a top class striker. His choice would be Robert Lewandowski.
However, Ancelotti has signed for Bayern Munich based on several conditions. One of those was that Bayern Munich will be able keep the world-class striker in the team. Ancelotti believes Lewandowski and Douglas Costa are the main people in the attacking third of his new Bayern Munich.
Nevertheless, the Italian manager can worry about his previous team crossing his plans. Lewandowski’s agent, Cezary Kucharski, has been spotted at the Bernabéu stadium at the Real Madrid vs Getafe game and latest transfer rumours indicate he was negotiating about the possible move of his customer. Lewandowski told AS that he would prefer not commenting the rumours in connection with his future.
On the other hand, AS reported that Carlo Ancelotti is not a man without a plan. Even if Real Madrid would manage to capture his number 9, he would not have to be overly dramatic since he is said to already have found the perfect replacement for the Polish striker.
Ancelotti is said to be interested in Napoli’s striker, Gonzalo Higuaín, who has been playing in superb form so far this season. Should Los Blancos purchase Lewandowski, Bayern would try to buy the former-Galactico, who has scored 16 goals in 17 games in this season at the Italian team.
According to the latest gambling news, Gonzalo Higuaín seems very similar to Robert Lewandowski in regards of style and abilities. The Argentine’s contract expires in 2018, however there is a buy-out clause in his contract: whoever wants to purchase him, the team will have to pay EUR 94 million.

The 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP21, came to a climax last week with a pact reached by the 200 attending nations to come into effect in 2020 that seeks to limit global warming to less than 2 degrees before the end of the century. Despite not being as legally binding as some would have wished the first agreement of its sort in history has been greeted with enthusiasm by many world leaders including Barack Obama who called it “the best chance to save the one planet we have.”
Donald Trump, still leading the polls in the race to be the Republican nomination in the US Presidential race in 2016, earned the ire of all quarters last week by calling for a ban on all entrance to the United States for Muslims. Instantly condemned by both his opponents and fellow Republicans alike Hillary Clinton called it “reprehensible, prejudiced and divisive” whilst rival for the nomination Jeb Bush called Mr. Trump’s position “unhinged”.
Saudi Arabia finally allowed women to vote in elections last week holding the first to be open to both female voters and candidates. However Salma bint Hizab al-Oteibi was elected in Madrakah to the Mecca municipal council.

A boy found the money and retrieved the mainly 100 and 500 Euro denominations from the water, and with Austrian law allowing him to keep 10% immediately and claim the full amount after a year if the rightful owner does not come forward he’s a lucky chap. Whilst the money’s origin is not yet known police have ruled out money laundering.

5. Arguably the hottest fixture at the Euro 2016 group stages will be England entertaining Wales in group B.
The draw for the Euro 2016 group stages was made on Saturday and the England v Wales will be arguably the spiciest matchup in the tournament.
England were drawn in the same group as rookies Wales, plus Russia and Slovakia, so there will be an all-British encounter in the group stages, when the England v Wales game will be played. Both national team coaches, Roy Hodgson and Chris Coleman were pleased with the draw.
Since Russia have a history of struggling in big tournaments and Slovakia have yet to reach the level of the European elite, the Britons have all the chances to advance to the next stages. Especially since, as many experts of gambling facts might know, in a 24-team format the four best third placed teams also advance besides the six top twos.
France will kick off the tournament against Romania in the interesting group A, where Euro newcomers Albania and Switzerland are the other two teams. The England v Wales will be played in group B, while group C will stage another Germany v Poland game after the qualifiers. Poland will also meet Ukraine, co-hosts of the Euro 2012 tournament, as well as Euro newbies, Northern Ireland.

Former Glasgow Rangers defensive midfielder and Honduras international Arnold Peralta was killed while on holiday.
BBC reported that Peralta was killed in his hometown, La Ceiba, on the North coast of Honduras. He was shot in the car park of a shopping center.
The cause of the shooting is unknown yet. However robbery was ruled out by the police, since nothing was taken. Honduras has the highest murder rates in the world. Gang violence is a major problem for the Latin-American country.
Peralta, who was 26, played for the capital club Olimpia, since he ended his one year and a half long spell at Scottish side Rangers, where he featured in 21 league games, scoring once.
A “tragic death that the national sport mourns”, Osman Madrid, director of FENAFUTH, the Honduran national football federation, commented the news about Peralta was killed.
Experts of gambling facts might know that he was due to represent his country at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, however he missed the tournament in Brazil because of injury. He played for Honduras at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
Peralta was about to feature in the Honduras vs Cuba international game next Wednesday.

Juan Manuel Fangio DNA test confirmed that Oscar Espinosa is the son of the Argentine Formula 1 legend.
A Fangio DNA test was ordered by a court in Argentina earlier this year in order to confirm the paternity claim of the 77-year-old Oscar Espinosa. In August, Fangio was exhumed in Balcarce, Argentina, for DNA samples to be taken and the results of the Fangio DNA test just came back confirming that Espinosa was right when stated that the legendary driver was his father.
The five-time Formula One world champion was 1911 and died 1995 in Balcarce, Buenos Aires province. Fangio was never married and he was thought to be childless. However, two paternity cases emerged in the last ten years in Argentina, leading eventually to get the body of Fangio exhumed. Ruben Vazquez and Oscar Espinosa both claim to be the children of the legendary driver.
Espinosa’s mother had a long relationship with fangio and Oscar also became a racing driver himself and had a close relationship with the five-time world champion. He is recognized as Oscar ‘Cacho’ Fangio in the world of motorsports, and now the usage of the name ‘Fangio’ is backed by the results of the Fangio DNA test, confirming that Espinosa is the son of the late Juan Manuel Fangio.
The 73-year-old Ruben Vazquez stated that his late mother, Catalina Basili revealed him in 2005 that he had a relationship with Fangio, and that the F1 great was his father. His case is expected to be resolved in the coming days, according to sports scores news.

Fangio is arguably the best racing driver in history. He won five Formula One world championship titles in the 1950s, as many experts of gambling facts might know. He was only one-time champion, when he had a near fatal accident in Monza in 1952, breaking his neck as he was thrown out from his car. However, he made a comeback at 42, and went on to win four more titles.

In US gambling news, Rousey has granted her first post-defeat interview to ESPN The Magazine. Finally breaking her silence about the fight, she said that she felt “really f—king sad” following her November 15 loss in Melbourne. She also opened up about the injuries she’d sustained, saying that because of the split lip and loose teeth “It might be three to six months before I can eat an apple, let alone take an impact.”
The former UFC champion went into detail about what let to her demise, saying that when Holm punched her 30 seconds into the fight, it threw her off for the rest of the match. She wasn’t thinking clearly and felt shaky, and for the first time ever spit blood onto the floor instead of the bucket. Says Rousey: “I just feel so embarrassed. How I fought after that is such an embarrassing representation of myself. I wasn’t even f—king there.”
In spite of her upsetting performance and loss in Australia, Rousey said that the knockout will not be the end her career. She vows to have a Holly Holm rematch, saying: “I need to come back. I need to beat this chick. Who knows if I’m going to pop my teeth or break my jaw or rip my lip open again. I have to f—king do it. It doesn’t matter. I have to do it.”

How I fought after that is such an embarrassing representation of myself. I wasn’t even f—king there.”

Fourteen people were shot dead, and another 21 injured, in the latest mass shooting in the US that occurred last week at a Christmas party organized for the employees of the San Bernardino Public Health Department. Syed Rizwan Farook, who had left the party after a dispute, and his wife Tashfeen Malik opened fire with a selection of automatic weapons, and were shot dead after a police pursuit later in the day. The FBI are investigating it as an act of terrorism after explosives were found at the home the couple, in their twenties, shared with their six month old child.
COP21, the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, was held in Le Bourget, Paris, last week with a vast array of world leaders making speeches encouraging delegates to arrive at, for the first time, a “binding and universal” agreement on the planet’s response to this global crisis. Despite public pressure however, many observers feel the differences in vested interests between developed and developing nations may prevent anything but a very watered down compromise treaty being signed.
British Prime Minister David Cameron led the call for an expansion of UK airstrikes against so-called Islamic State last week with parliament debating and then voting on including targets within the territory of Syria. Opposed by Jeremy Corben, leader of the Labour party the government carried the vote with 66 opposition MPs voting with them, including Labour foreign affairs spokesman Hillary Benn who made a well-received impassioned plea for continued military action against the extremists.
In sport Real Madrid, who have been busy readying their appeal against expulsion from the Copa del Rey for fielding ineligible players during their 3-1 win over Cadiz, answered critics with four first half goals against Getafe to remain in touch with La Liga leaders Barcelona.
